Dr. Ryan Couvillion is a double board-certified plastic surgeon based in Houston, TX, specializing in cosmetic procedures for the breasts, body, face, and skin. A native Houstonian and sixth-generation Texan, Dr. Couvillion is proud to serve the community where he grew up. With a passion for aesthetics and a deep commitment to patient-centered care, he takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, helping them make informed decisions and feel confident throughout their transformation journey.
Dr. Couvillion earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tulane University before completing his medical degree at Louisiana State University, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He went on to complete his general surgery residency at Tulane University Medical School, followed by a competitive three-year plastic surgery fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital. There, he trained under some of the nation’s most respected aesthetic and reconstructive surgeons.
